Good to know

Questions folk often ask

The stuff people usually want to know before they get us booked in. Anything else, just give us a shout.

How does the pure water cleaning actually work?
We push really clean, filtered water up a pole with a soft brush on the end. Because there is nothing left in the water, it lifts the dirt off and the glass dries on its own with no smears and no wiping needed. It is gentler on your windows than a cloth and squeegee, and it means we can reach the upstairs ones safely from the ground.
Do I need to be home when you come?
Not at all. We do the outside from the ground, so as long as we can get to the windows we will just crack on and let you know we have been. If you want the insides done as well then we will need to pop in, so we would sort a time that suits you for that.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most folk go for every four weeks, which keeps things looking properly clean all the time rather than letting the dirt build up. Some prefer every eight weeks, and that is grand too. If you are near the sea we would gently nudge you towards the more regular end, as the salt really does have it in for your glass.
How do I pay?
Easy as you like. Most of our regulars pay by Direct Debit or bank transfer after each clean, and we always let you know when we have been round. We can sort cash for one-offs too. No awkward chasing about, we keep it simple.
What happens if it rains?
Honestly, a bit of rain on clean windows does not make them dirty again, it is the muck that does that and we have already washed it off. So we clean in light rain no bother. If the weather is properly grim we will just come back round another day.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with public liability cover on every single job, and all our staff are properly trained. You are in safe hands with us.
