Nothing sneaky here, just the sensible terms that apply when you book us in.

Our quotes

The price we quote is based on what you have told us about your property. If things turn out to be quite different when we arrive, say there is a lot more glass than expected, we will have a word with you before doing anything rather than just changing the price.

Regular rounds

If you are on a regular round, we will turn up roughly every few weeks as agreed. You do not need to be in. If you ever want to skip a clean or stop the round, just let us know, there is no contract tying you in.

Paying us

We will let you know each time we have been and what is owed. Most folk pay by Direct Debit or bank transfer after each clean. We would ask that you settle up promptly so we can keep our prices fair for everyone.

If something is not right

We are properly insured and we take pride in our work, but if you are ever not happy with a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right. That is a promise.
