Privacy policy

We keep this simple and we keep it honest. This explains what we do with your information when you get in touch or become a customer.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form or ring us up, we take your name, your contact details and your address so we can give you a price and, if you go ahead, come and clean your windows. That is genuinely all we need.

What we do with it

We use your details to sort your quote, plan our rounds, and let you know when we have been and what you owe. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we will not bombard you with marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We hold on to it for as long as you are a customer and for a sensible while after, mainly for our records and tax. If you would like us to remove your details, just ask and we will sort it.
